Foundations Mat Class

  • Thursdays ~ 9:15am (mixed with Forward)
  • Saturdays ~ 9:00am (mixed with Forward)
It is important to have a solid foundation! This class is for those who have less than 3 months experience or are new to Pilates. In this class, the fundamentals and pre-pilates exercises are taught slowly, with the main focus on proper form, alignment and breath. This class introduces the exercises in a safe, thorough way. It is suggested to stay at this level for a while, even the most basic exercises can be challenging. If you are dealing with an injury please tell the instructor so they can give you modifications for each exercise. Each body is different so it is important to make sure you are doing the most appropriate way for YOUR body.

Forward Mat Class

  • Thursdays ~ 9:15am (mixed with Foundations)
  • Saturdays ~ 9:00am (mixed with Foundations)
This Class is for those who have experience with Pilates Mat work and are looking to increase their strength, flexibility and flow. This class focuses on moving through each exercise without stopping; forwarding you to the next level!
