The emphasis of a private session is the "core" or "powerhouse" which targets all of the abdominal musculature, gluts, hips, inner thighs and lower back muscles. Strengthening the "core" enables us to develop a perfectly functioning body. This full body program restores muscular balance, builds strength and flexibility, improves body alignment and posture, and releases tension. Each session is designed around what you need for your body.
